All prices for book and CD products are quoted in Australian dollars. You may choose to pay in Australian dollars or the US dollar equivalent. We will make allowances for small currency fluctuations.

Payment Options
All direct orders for books and CD products must normally be prepaid unless you have established credit terms with us. You have a range of payment options, including cheques, money orders, bank drafts or credit cards. The following credit cards may be used: American Express, Bankcard (Australia and NZ), Diners Club, MasterCard, and Visa.
Trade or institutional customers may contact Customer Service to open accounts.
Shipping Charges
For orders within Australia and New Zealand, please include AU$9.00 for postage and handling per order.
For international orders, please add AU$35.00 for the first item and AU$15.00 for each additional item for postage, handling and insurance. A flat rate of AU$15.00 each applies for CD products. All international orders are sent by airmail.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed and despatched from our Melbourne warehouse within three working days. We record back orders for items that are out of stock.
Australian orders are sent by priority post and will normally arrive within 2-4 working days after despatch, depending on delivery location.
International orders are sent by airmail to major international centres. Normal delivery time will vary between 7-14 days after despatch, depending on your location.
